The True Sol Organic Argan Oils are good for all skin types they are very effective on skin conditions like stretch marks, wrinkles, dry skin, fine lines, nail cuticles, and all that dry skin you have when you exit the shower or I do. I simply put it in a spray bottle and spray myself before getting out of the shower, I spray and rub it in the skin rinse off excess d dry off soft.  I also use it to help strengthen my brittle nails and cuticles,  it also helps to repair the dry split hair I get from the flat iron and blow dryer, with the continued use I find my hair is not as frizzy or dry and brittle. I believe the oil hydrates,while it softens dry damaged skin, this is a better moisturizer then any I have found on the market because of the natural ingredients.
