GET YOUR Swim Cap For Long, Thick, or Curly Hair - CLICK NOW My Review I have learned the trick of wetting my hair, my daughter and grand-daughters locks of hairs before a swim and putting a spray leave-in conditioner in, before stuffing it underneath the swim caps, this keeps the hair from absorbing as much of  the chlorinated water as possible. I tried using a silicone cap alone even though they provide some protection, to get all of hair in it was just a complete pain to put it all underneath the silicone cap.
